Grandi Stazioni Rail manages the valorization activities of the real estate assets used for office and hospitality purposes in the 14 major stations, leasing the properties to leading companies operating within the national territory.

The management perimeter of Grandi Stazioni Rail spans approximately 2,160,000 square meters across the 14 largest Italian stations, including:

• 350,000 square meters of office space;

• 600,000 square meters of public areas and platform sidewalks;

• 250,000 square meters of commercial spaces, the commercial exploitation of which has been entrusted to Grandi Stazioni Retail S.p.A. following a demerger and sale operation;

• 60,000 square meters of parking areas;

• 900,000 square meters of technical and transit areas.

Grandi Stazioni Rail manages the commercial exploitation of office spaces, with a plan to generate revenue from about 20,000 square meters by 2020 and a target occupancy rate of approximately 85%.
