There are two post offices at Roma Termini, both on the ground floor: one is in the Ala Termini wing, with entrance from either platform 24 or via Giolitti 16; the other is on the opposite side of the station (at platform 1) but can be accessed only from the outside, with entrance at via Marsala 29.
