The main ticket office is located in the entrance hall (accessed from piazza dei Cinquecento and from via Giolitti). Numerous self-service ticket machines can also be found on the station premises. Always remember to validate your ticket BEFORE boarding the train in one of the machines at the beginning of each platform.
